I am still trying to find a balance between easy and with out pasta….super, super hard. Pasta is easy, and the kids will eat it. At least there are only two days this week that involves pasta.
Menu Plan 4/20-4/26
Mon: French Dip Sandwiches
Tues: Parmesan Chicken Bake with Cacio e Pepe
Wed: Taco Lasagna
Thr: Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
Fri: Left Overs ~ First T-Ball Game
Sat: Kitchen is Closed
Sun: Cowboy Casserole and Chicken Cesar Salad for me
