Happy Presidents Day!
I am so happy for this holiday right now. I really need to finish up making Ian’s invitations. Cause they need to get in the mail this week. So I will be doing a lot of crafting today.
But that also means that I planned something for dinner that takes a little more effort, because I have the time. I am always so rushed during the week that I like to make something a little more time-consuming on my days off.
I wanted to cook something different with ground beef, and boy was I having a hard time finding something new. I am taking the recipe on Wed, and changing it to ground beef instead of chicken. That recipe is also gluten-free and works for a Paleo diet, I however, will be altering it because my family is neither of those.
Menu Plan 2/16-2/22
Mon: Sweet & Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Sour Cream & Cheddar Baked Mashed Potatoes
Tues: Crock Pot Brown & Maple Sugar Pork Roast with One Pot Garlic Pasta
Wed: General Tso’s Meatballs over rice
Thr: One Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta
Fri: Leftovers
Sat: Kitchen is closed
Sun: Heavenly Halibut with Parmesan Rice
Happy Cooking
