Don’t forget today is the last day to save 50% off yearly subscriptions to Plan to Eat, my favorite meal planning website. I always renew this time of year.
December hasn’t even started and I feel over-booked! And we can’t seem to shake this cold here.
This year my running club and I will be participating in the Hood to Coast Relay Race as a fundraising team. We will be raising money for Providence Cancer Center to help #FINISHCANCER. Click on the picture below (or here) to donate today.

I have a PTSO meeting (which is Ian’s school’s PTA) Tuesday night. Which means the boys are gonna have pizza and I will just have the leftovers.
Since Wednesday is a holiday for the kids and it is also my day off I kinda have a more complicated meal planned because I will be home all day. It is going to be a yummy dinner and a busy week!

It looks as though I haven’t written anything since my last menu plan!
OK, so that isn’t exactly true, but I haven’t published anything! My house is a mess, I really mean it looks like a bomb went off in my living room/dinning room. But oddly the boys play room is picked up.
It seems like we have so much going on and it is not slowing down. Halloween is just around the corner but I already am making plans for Christmas events! Not because I’m trying to bypass these wonderful fall holidays, but because time is just flying by and our calendars are filling up. It really makes me thankful that I took the time to plan out our meals for the whole month!
On Thursday my recipe calls for cooked chicken, so when I go to work I am going to throw some chicken breast in the crockpot with some broth and they will be ready to shred for my casserole when I get home.
