I love cereal. Always have. When I was pregnant I ate it all the time. It took years before my nieces would eat cereal with milk because my sister didn’t want the mess. I totally get that, but since I ate it with milk Ian wanted to do the same. So I let him, then someone taught him to drink the milk after, then he taught Sid.
Isn’t he just the cutest?
{sudden topic change}
Do you ever have the dinner winner of the week? You know that one you made where everyone ate it without complaint?
Last week it was Wed and I made Parmesan Chicken Bites from Damn Delicious (another of my favorite recipe sources). Because the chicken is cut in little bites you get more beading per bite, which is awesome! Sid probably had 5 or 6 helpings before getting down from the table and two more while doing is after dinner laps around the kitchen.
I used three chicken breasts which was a ton of bites to dredge and bread but feed all four of us with two containers of left overs. The dredging and beading is tedious and time-consuming, but worth it in the end. I ended up browning them and finished cooking them in the oven because there was so many pieces. I was afraid of them drying out but they stayed nice and juicy.
You should put them on your list. Seriously.
