Daily Thanks Day 22

Today, and all days, I am thankful for my family.

My family on Ian’s first Thanksgiving

I am thankful for ALL of my family.  My mom, my dad & step-mom, my grandparents (all of them), my parents-in-law, my brother-in-law, my sister-in-law, my brother, my nieces, my nephew, my cousins, my aunts, my uncles, those who are basically family (you know who you are), my husband and my kids.

But of course I couldn’t forget my wonderful sister, who is always there for me and she is my closest friend.

I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family and I am so very thankful for each of them.

I hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Daily Thanks Day 21

Today I am thankful for you.

This day got off to a late start.  Both boys are sick, so not only did I not get this posted, but I didn’t get much sleep.

I am thankful for all of you who have read, who do read, who follow and who like my posts.  I appreciate you taking the time to read what I have to say, so thank you.

Daily Thanks Day 20

Today I am thankful for my husband.

I meet my husband when still in high school back in ’96, we have been together ever since.

We have struggled and had our ups and downs but our love for each other has always prevailed.   We continue to grow and change for the better, every day.

I couldn’t imagine my life with out him and love him dearly.

Meal Plan Monday

Figuring out what to cook is the hardest part for me.

I wanted a program that would plan my meals for me from a list.  So far I haven’t found one like that, but I did find one that I like to use.  It is not a free program, but it is a reasonably priced one.

I figured if others are having a hard time trying to figure out what to cook, maybe they will gain inspiration from what I am about to cook.
